Customs Seizes 1132g of Drugs

Customs seizes drugs from a post parcel that was air freighted to Maldives. On 02nd January 2024, officers at Post and Express Consignments section seized a package based on suspicion during x-ray process. While thoroughly examining this further, the substance tested positive for Synthetic Cathinone (1132 grams).

This individual along with the seized drugs have been handed over to Maldives Police Service for further investigations.
