Mr. Ibrahim Mafaaz appointed as the Deputy Commissioner

On March 24, 2024, President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu appointed Mr. Ibrahim Mafaaz as the Deputy Commissioner of Customs. Commissioner General of Customs Yoosuf Maaniu Mohamed presented him with the rank insignia on 26^th March 2024, during a ceremony held at the Customs Building.

With over 27 years of dedicated service at the Maldives Customs Service, Mr. Ibrahim Mafaaz formerly Deputy Chief Superintendent holds a Master Degree in Customs Administration. In his new role, he joins Deputy Commissioners; Mr. Abdulla Waheed, Mr. Mahmood Riyaz and Ms. Fathimath Dhiyana.
