Entry/Exit Permits
Applicants are required to submit the following documents to the Administration Section located on the 3rd floor of the Customs Head Office.
- Application form for permit to access Customs controlled areas MCS-155 Application for Registration and Cancellation
- Applicant’s 2 passport size photos (less than 3 months old)
- Letter of Employment
- Criminal record form or a police report endorsed by the local embassy
- Valid National Identity Card original and a copy of the applicant (as for foreigners, original and a copy of their work permit or work permit card)
Entry/Exit permits will be issued within 7 working days from the date of application.
*Note: Original documents will be immediately returned after verification.
